Role: Human Resources Executive Location : On-site, Thane Employment Type : Full-Time Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of HR functions across the organization. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes Handle employee relations and respond to employee queries Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records Administer payroll management and handle reimbursements Monitor leave and attendance records Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and company compliance Support performance evaluation processes Foster a positive and engaging work culture Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field Proven experience in HR Management , preferably in the financial consulting industry Strong understanding of HR policies , procedures, and best practices Hands-on experience in payroll management , leave tracking , and reimbursement processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficient in handling HR tools and MS Office Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Show more Show less
