HR and Administration Executive

Location:


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin cum HR Executive to join our team. This role involves managing administrative task and supporting basic HR functions. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Administration Tasks:

  • Facility Management:

    Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Housekeeping Coordination:

    Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
  • Office Supplies Management:

    Monitor and replenish office supplies, always ensuring availability.
  • Vendor Management:

    Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance services, and other requirements.
  • Travel Arrangements:

    Coordinate travel plans for employees, including accommodations, and transportation.
  • Event Coordination:

    Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of inventory, and other administrative documents.

HR Tasks

  • Recruitment Support:

    Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding:

    Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information.
  • Employee Records:

    Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Attendance Management:

    Monitor and record employee attendance and leave requests.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • HR Documentation:

    Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in administrative and HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
