Human Resource Executive

• Manage employee relations across teams, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
• Draft and maintain job descriptions, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Oversee payroll administration, leave and attendance management, and statutory compliance.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and organize team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
• Leverage HR technology tools such as

  HR One

  for HR operations and

  Jira

  for task allocation, workflow monitoring, and productivity tracking.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of prior experience in HR roles (experience in law firms, consulting, or professional services will be an advantage).
• Proven expertise in employee management and team coordination.
• Familiarity with HR management tools (HR One, Jira, or similar platforms).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

• Salary:

  ₹25,000 per month during probation; ₹30,000 per month post-confirmation.
