As an HR Execuitive at CivicMinds Inc., you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selectingtop talent to join our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fromjob posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidatesand hiring managers.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective

recruitment strategies

2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional

networks, and employee referrals

3. Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person

interviews

4. Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles

5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate records updated and generate

recruitment reports

6. Coordinate job offers, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new

hires

7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience

throughout the recruitment process

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

9. Time to time employee engagement for a healthy environment of the company.

10. Maintain employee attendance and payroll.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR

preferred

2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

3. Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Strong organizational and time management abilities

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

7. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

8. High level of integrity and confidentiality
