Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and contribute to the structured development of human resources strategies. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing personnel issues, and supporting organizational development initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations from our Noida office. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR administration, ensuring smooth people operations aligned with business goals.

This role requires hands-on execution, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, and support roles

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

Source, screen, schedule, and conduct initial interviews

Manage job postings on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases


Payroll & HR Operations

Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave records

Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement

Handle offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exits

Maintain employee records and HR documentation


Employee Lifecycle Management

Onboarding and induction of new employees

Probation tracking, confirmations, and performance documentation

Exit formalities, F&F settlements, and exit interviews


Compliance & Administration

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies

Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements (if applicable)

Support disciplinary actions and policy enforcement

Assist in creating and updating HR policies and SOPs


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) best practices and compliance
  • Ability to handle recruitment processes and performance management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
  • Prior experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in an HR Executive / Generalist role
  • Strong experience in recruitment and payroll management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance basics
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll tools
  • Ability to work on-site and handle confidential information
