• Manage calendar, meetings, follow-ups, and internal communication

• Coordinate across departments to ensure timely task completion

• Supervise team discipline, attendance, and punctuality

• Organize emails, calls, documents, and reports

• Maintain spreadsheets and handle confidential information

• Assist in HR coordination and office operations
