Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional/consultant to provide comprehensive Human Resource support, policy guidance, compliance management, and employee engagement services. The role will involve both strategic HR consulting as well as operational HR support for the school’s workforce.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Policy Drafting & Advisory

  • Draft, review, and suggest HR policies aligned with organizational goals and statutory requirements.
  • Provide support for

    cloud-based HRMS

    (if applicable).
  • Offer HR consultation services for

    employee grievance redressal

    .
  • Conduct

    virtual and onsite training and development sessions

    .
  • Support the

    employee onboarding and exit process

    .
  • Ensure smooth management of

    payroll and compliance operations

    .

2. Payroll & Compliance Support

Key Deliverables:

  • Monthly payroll processing, including attendance and leave management (attendance data to be provided by the school).
  • Maintain salary registers and employee records.
  • Generate and distribute payslips.
  • Manage employee enrolment in

    EPF

    and

    ESI

    .
  • Prepare and file monthly

    challans

    for EPF and ESI compliance.
  • Ensure timely compliance with

    Professional Tax

    and

    Labour Welfare Fund

    regulations.

3. In-House HR Support

Key Deliverables:

  • Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Manage employee documentation and records.
  • Conduct training and development sessions for school staff, covering statutory compliance and soft skills.
  • Provide support for

    grievance redressal

    .
  • Facilitate employee exit processes, including documentation and clearance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Experience in grievance handling and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools (preferred).

Compensation:

  • Salary:

    Up to ₹35,000 per month

    (based on experience and qualifications).
