Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage core human resource activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle HR operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personal files Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support performance appraisal process and HR compliances Coordinate training, employee engagement, and grievance handling Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESIC, etc.) Assist in HR reports, MIS preparation, and HR audits Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor laws Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
