Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Factory Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of our factory unit. The ideal candidate will handle cost accounting, inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records Handle inventory accounting, stock verification, and reconciliation Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank transactions Ensure accurate data entry in Tally/ERP system Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in audits Coordinate with head office for financial reporting and MIS Ensure compliance with statutory norms related to factory accounts Key Requirements: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification 2–5 years of experience in factory or manufacturing accounting Proficiency in Tally Prime software Knowledge of accounting, inventory control, and taxation (GST/TDS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities
