Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR functions in a small-to-medium sized manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various departments. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. HR Operations: Maintain employee records (joining, exit, leaves, attendance, etc.) Manage documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and ID cards. Payroll & Compliance Support: Coordinate with accounts for attendance, salary inputs, and basic statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) Maintain employee database and ensure accuracy. Employee Engagement: Organize birthday celebrations, staff meetings, and small team-building activities. Address minor grievances and support a positive work environment. Support Functions: Assist in training coordination, safety induction, and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup). Freshers can apply too. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic labor laws and statutory norms. Working knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling.
