Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at our dynamic conversational AI startup in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in supporting our people operations. With 13 years of experience, you will report to the Senior HR Generalist and be responsible for various key responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on Recruitment & Onboarding, where you will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and scheduling with hiring managers. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing offer letters, tracking candidate statuses, and maintaining recruitment dashboards. Ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for new hires through documentation, induction scheduling, and system access setup will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of Document Handling & Compliance, you will be tasked with collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee records and documents. It will be essential for you to ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all HR documentation, both physical and digital. Moreover, you will play a role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment laws. To excel in this role, you should possess 13 years of experience in an HR Executive or Coordinator role, preferably within a startup or tech environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities are key characteristics we are looking for. Comfort with spreadsheets, HR tools, and handling confidential data is crucial for success in this position.
