Duties will include but will not be limited to

Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including transport arrangements, office tours, documentation collection, ID creation, and portal access setup.
Manage the end-to-end process for opening salary bank accounts for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data across internal systems and HR platforms.
Oversee the background verification process to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Administer and manage data related to medical insurance, Zaggle benefits, and the Rewards & Recognition (RNR) program.
Facilitate the timely collection and consolidation of employee overtime data for payroll processing.
Support employee offboarding processes, including documentation, exit formalities, and system updates for leavers.
Ensure accurate portal access provisioning and timely system onboarding for new employees.
Actively contribute to the planning and execution of office events, team activities, and other engagement initiatives.
Maintain documentation and records in line with audit and compliance standards.
Ensure systematic storage of HR data both digitally and physically for
easy retrieval and compliance.
Assist with the planning and coordination of training sessions, workshops, and learning & development activities.
Track probation periods process for new employees.
Support the HR Team in streamlining processes and in various HR related activities.
Participate in creating internal reports and support.
