Human Resources Coordinator

Job Title: HR Generalist – India Office

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (On-site)

HR Generalist

What You’ll Do

• Act as the local HR point of contact for employees in the India office
• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
• Support new hire onboarding, documentation, and orientation
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and company policies
• Help implement employee engagement initiatives and provide day-to-day support for employee questions and requests
• Coordinate performance review logistics and assist with related follow-up tasks
• Support administration of compensation and benefits programs in partnership with vendors and the U.S. HR team
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR data and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a coordinator or generalist capacity
• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance basics
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees across levels and time zones
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS tools is a plus
