Human Resources Consultant

• Draft and Standardise Employment Contracts for all levels – including full-time, part-time, interns, and advisors

• Develop Salary Structures aligned with market benchmarks, tax efficiency, and statutory compliance

• Create Contracts for Professional Consultants (advisors, freelancers, project-based roles)

• Advise on HR Policy Setup – onboarding, exits, leave policies, and compliance basics

• Provide strategic input on compensation, benefits, and role-based structuring

• Coordinate with leadership to ensure alignment of HR documentation with business goals

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of experience in HR Consulting, Legal HR Advisory, or similar roles

Strong expertise in employment law, salary structuring, and contract compliance (especially Indian laws)

Experience with startups or growth-stage companies is a plus

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality documentation and strategic advice

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation:

Project-based or monthly retainer – open to discussion based on experience and scope.
