You will be responsible for targeting an identified set of potential advertisers through emails, calls, or even physical meetings in order to understand their marketing objectives and advertising needs. Your role will involve presenting tailored lead generation and advertising solutions, with the aim of generating revenue from assigned accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams at 20MED, including IT, Digital Marketing, and sales teams from other revenue verticals. Additionally, you will provide analytics to clients on leads generated and follow up with clients on closed deals. It will be essential for you to stay updated on marketplace trends to enhance ad offerings to clients and meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding existing accounts. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. You should have at least 8 years of experience in media ad sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce advertising, with prior experience working with marketplaces or platforms being a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms. The ability to interpret performance metrics and craft data-driven solutions will be crucial for success. Your performance in this role will be measured based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue generated on each assigned account, the number of new accounts acquired, upsell to existing accounts, and client retention and satisfaction.
