About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders. You will be responsible for enabling business success through HR interventions in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.



Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and align people strategies accordingly.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent to lead transformation and support cultural evolution.


Business Advisory & Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Identify people-related challenges and offer tailored solutions that drive impact.
  • Implement HR programs that support overall business goals.


Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and provide support on policy interpretation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-engagement culture.
  • Roll out feedback mechanisms and implement action plans.


Talent Management

  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent.
  • Partner with business to create development plans and career paths.
  • Support performance reviews and individual growth strategies.


Data & Reporting

  • Leverage HR analytics to inform business decisions and monitor people metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy in data maintenance and provide regular HR dashboards.


Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Design, implement, and manage the PMS framework.
  • Drive goal-setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
  • Train managers and teams on best practices, KPIs, and calibration.
  • Monitor trends and continuously optimize performance processes.


Succession Planning

  • Develop and maintain succession plans for critical and leadership roles.
  • Conduct talent reviews and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Work with L&D to deliver targeted upskilling initiatives.


Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards in all PMS and succession-related activities.
  • Regularly update HR policies to align with evolving business and statutory requirements.



Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    2+ years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role. Demonstrated experience in Performance Management and Talent Development.



Required Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices, org design, and workforce planning.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
