Human Resources Business Partner

You will be a part of Shalina Healthcare, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in sub-Saharan Africa, with a mission to provide quality medicines to those in need. As a Senior Manager in the Human Resource Department, specifically as a Human Business Partner, reporting to the Vice President - Human Resource, your role will involve adding strategic value through the design and implementation of HR policies & practices. You will drive performance, manpower planning, and strategic capability building across the Global Supply Organization, aligning with functional goals & objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the HR Business Partner, providing end-to-end HR support including compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies. - Drive analytics for the Function, providing data-driven insights on key people metrics. - Partner with the Vice President - HR on global and function-wide HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Compensation benchmarking, and Workforce Planning. - Spearhead organization change efforts at the location level and conduct Learning Needs Assessments to design tailored learning & development plans. - Lead the execution of the Employee Engagement Survey, drive post-survey analysis, and ensure successful implementation of engagement initiatives. - Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and HR compliance. - Supervise site administration and facilities management functions as required. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I or Tier II institute. - 10-12 years of experience in roles with multi-location & multi-geography scope. - Excellent consulting skills, ability to influence senior stakeholders, and build trusted relationships. - Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues. - Strong analytical skill set for problem-solving and innovative solutions.
