Job Description

Role Overview:

HR Business Partner – Middle East


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with Middle East business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support leadership in change management initiatives within the region.

Compliance & Labour Law (Core Focus)

  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with

    Middle East labour laws

    (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait as applicable).
  • Manage employment contracts, local policies, employee handbooks, and HR governance frameworks.
  • Handle audits, compliance reporting, and coordination with legal advisors and PROs.
  • Oversee visa, work permits, onboarding compliance, and employee exits in accordance with local regulations.
  • Stay updated on evolving labour laws and proactively advise leadership on risk mitigation.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Handle employee relations cases, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Guide managers on performance management, PIPs, and employee engagement practices.
  • Drive fair, compliant, and culturally sensitive HR practices across the region.

Talent & Workforce Management

  • Drive onboarding, probation confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exits.

HR Operations & Analytics

  • Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy for ME region.
  • Track key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Ensure SOPs and processes meet both global and local compliance standards.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Middle East labour laws & compliance

    (mandatory).
  • Experience supporting GCC countries in an IT / Tech / Cybersecurity environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • High attention to detail with a risk and compliance mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple geographies.


Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as HRBP or Senior HR Manager handling Middle East region.
  • Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams.
