HR Business Partner As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring smooth people operations while driving HR initiatives aligned with Livspace's strategic objectives. This role demands the ability to design and implement innovative HR programs that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall people practices.

Expertise and Qualifications

1.Post-graduate degree in HR or a related field.

2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in business partnering and operational HR only

3.Strong preference for candidates with experience in distributed, sales-driven organizations such as insurance, retail, telecommunications, or FMCG.

4.Comprehensive HR knowledge to manage complex projects and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

5.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.

6.Fact-based decision-making skills with a logical approach to conclusions.

7.A hands-on approach and a proactive, hustling attitude.

8.High levels of ownership and accountability.

9.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute based on impact.

10.Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
