As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives at the location level. You will be responsible for enabling business growth, leading change management efforts, and ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies and processes. This role demands a seasoned HR leader who can influence senior stakeholders, foster a high-performance culture, and align people strategies with business objectives.
Location Leadership & Responsibilities
· Act as the HR lead for the location, representing HR in all strategic and operational forums.
· Ensure alignment of location-specific HR practices with corporate HR strategy.
· Partner with local leadership to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement needs.
· Serve as the custodian of the location’s culture, values, and employee experience.
Driving Change at Location
· Lead and manage change initiatives including organizational restructuring, digital transformation, and cultural shifts.
· Build change readiness and resilience among employees through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
· Collaborate with business leaders to embed change into daily operations and behaviors.
Location Growth Enablement
· Support business expansion plans by ensuring timely talent availability and capability building.
· Drive strategic workforce planning and succession planning aligned with growth objectives.
· Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to build a future-ready workforce.
Stakeholder Management
· Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional heads, and external partners.
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people-related matters.
· Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and HR analytics.
Institutionalizing Policy & Process
· Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
· Drive process excellence and automation in HR operations at the location.
· Monitor adherence to labor laws, ethical standards, and internal governance frameworks.
• MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 15–19 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and organizational development.
