Job Description

We at Magnon Group are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to the agency’s leadership and management teams. Your primary responsibility will be to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising industry, people-centric strategies, and talent management in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the agency leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic workforce planning to meet the agency’s short-term and long-term talent needs.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives within the agency.
  • Drive employee engagement and development programs to foster growth and creativity.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to employees and managers on all HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on workforce metrics, turnover, employee satisfaction, and other KPIs.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years in performance management, employee engagement, training management, and organizational development, within advertising or media agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
