Human Resources Associate

The position is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the organisation. This role ensures the effective management of HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, and compliance, aligning HR strategies with organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Time-to-fill vacancies, quality of hire, new hire retention rate.
• Facilitate onboarding programs and foster a positive work environment. New employee onboarding satisfaction scores, employee engagement index.
• Design and manage competitive compensation structures. Compensation competitiveness index, employee benefits utilization rates.
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems. Percentage of employees with completed performance reviews, improvement in performance metrics.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs (post-training performance improvements).
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and promote communication.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Track HR metrics and generate reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preference to specialisation in HR.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of HR management experience.
• Proven track record in implementing HR strategies, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Competence in HR software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and results - oriented.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
