Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Support payroll and benefits administration. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs. Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation. Handle queries related to HR processes and act as a bridge between management and employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Assist with performance management cycles and appraisal processes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 02 years of HR experience (internship/fresher with strong interest in HR can apply). Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
