Human Resources Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding for technical positions in a highly competitive market.

● Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing,

benefits enrollment and audits

● Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance

management, and disciplinary actions. Maintain day-to-day HR

activities.

● Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR practices and policies are

aligned with the company's goals and objectives

● Implements HR policy formulation and performs routine tasks

required to administer and execute human resource

programs.

● Boosting employee productivity through arranging employee

engagement activities.

● Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and

knowledge in line with business requirements.

● Supporting Admin process.

What we seek:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Senior HR Associate with 2-4 years of experience (experience with startups is a plus).

● Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.

● Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
