Human Resources Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Assistant with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role involves supporting the HR team in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities.

Job Location : Kempapura, Hebbal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR documentation.
• Support attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HRMS tools/software.
• Exposure to employee engagement and compliance activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
