Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, employee engagement, and workforce administration. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and integration support.
• Support workforce administration activities such as maintaining HR records, updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor and manage employee time tracking systems, addressing queries and ensuring compliance.
• Help organize office activities and employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR support or administration preferred, but strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR systems or time-tracking tools is a plus.
