Role & responsibilities Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates • Maintain and update internship and recruitment trackers • Help draft job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms • Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires • Support internal communications, HR operations, and engagement activities • Participate in feedback collection and intern review processes Preferred candidate profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) • Interest in recruitment, operations, and employer branding • Ability to work independently and in a team
