Human Resources Administrator

Seeking a motivated MBA graduate (freshers welcome) with specialization in HR, Finance, or both to join our team as an Associate. This role supports our Academic Research & Development team while managing HR and finance-related responsibilities. The Associate will be actively involved in academic channel development, faculty management, payroll, hiring, onboarding, and faculty development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Academic R&D team in research activities, curriculum updates, and academic channel development.

Manage faculty lifecycle – hiring, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, performance tracking, replacements, and exit formalities.

Coordinate faculty development programs (FDPs) and ensure continuous professional growth initiatives.

Handle payroll management, attendance, and related documentation.

Maintain HR & academic records with accuracy and compliance.

repare reports, data analytics, and MIS for management review.

Collaborate with academic teams to streamline operations and enhance quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA (HR, Finance, or Dual specialization) – Freshers welcome.

Age: 20–30 years.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; data analytics exposure preferred.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
