Human Resources Administrator

You will be joining our Gurugram office as a part of the human resources (HR) People Operations hub that caters to Asia and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMA) countries. This hub works closely with local HR teams across Asia and EEMA, as well as with other People Operations hubs in Tampa and San Jose. As a member of the global HR Operations team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support for various HR processes, including onboarding, data management, and mobility. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with local and regional offices to address their HR operations requirements and ensure the delivery of top-notch service for an exceptional user experience. Furthermore, you will engage with other functions such as recruiting, professional development, finance, and global process leads. Your primary duties will include handling general queries, managing various types of letters (employment, salary, travel, and bank letters), and conducting Verification of Employments. You will also oversee firm member benefits, Employment/Alumni Verification, Stakeholder Management, Reporting, and implementing HR System Changes for the Asia, EEMA, and Europe regions. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree with a strong academic background, at least 1 year of relevant professional work experience, and proficiency in HR systems like SAP/SuccessFactors (People Central) for managing employee life cycle processes. Additionally, you should be comfortable with tools like Excel and Access, demonstrate strong integrity, maturity, and fairness in handling confidential information, and have a track record of delivering results within defined SLAs in HR operations. Your ability to navigate unstructured environments, a strong customer service orientation, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial for success in this position.,
