Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Nagercoil. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including managing employee benefits, overseeing HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting HR management. The role includes organizing employee records, processing payroll, and administering employee relations programs.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the BIM/Architecture/Engineering industry is a plus
