Human Resources Administrator

As an HR Administrator at St. Luke Group of Companies, you will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other generalist duties. Your role will involve collaborating with management and employees to create a positive work environment. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers. - Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies. - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions. - Onboard new hires by coordinating orientation, completing new hire paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition. - Retain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system. - Provide guidance to employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices. - Perform other general HR duties as assigned. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resource or any specialization). - 2-3 years of experience in human resources. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
