Roles & Responsibility :

• Sourcing, Screening and interviewing the candidates to find the best organizational fit.
• Prioritizing work on multiple requisitions at the same time.
• Sourcing CVs from various mediums like portals, social networking sites, social groups, referencing, head hunting, company mapping etc.
• Regular follow up with the selected candidates to ensure continuous engagement with the candidate and keeping them warm till the time of joining to reduce the attrition before joining.
• Technical Knowledge- Ability to understand various technologies and to keep knowledge of technology trends in the current scenario.
• Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates.
• Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs).
• Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Sourcing Head.
• Execution of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing and HR.
• Maintain the office condition, asset management and arrange necessary repairs.
• Organize office operations and procedures & People Management.

Skills:

• Good excel /MS Office
• Must carry basic idea of recruitment profile
• Must have interest in interacting different people

Qualifications:

• BE/BBA graduate with MBA in HR or pursuing Masters.
