We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, capable of driving strategic HR initiatives while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Jayalakshmi Silks Pvt Ltd, located in Kanayannur. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, conducting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing support for employee relations and performance management. The HR Administrator will work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations.

Qulificaiton

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in HR management roles
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience managing multiple HR functions, including employee relations and performance management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PG preferred
