Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Administrator, located in Gurgaon, India. The HR Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing HR operations, overseeing benefits administration, maintaining HR information systems, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting HR management initiatives. The role also includes facilitating an effective workplace environment and supporting employee relations and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including employee relations and engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Benefits Administration and HR Management.
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their practical application.
• Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus.
