About the Role

Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Present product/service offerings to prospects and identify customer needs.
• Follow up on inquiries, provide relevant information, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeated business.
• Provide feedback from the market to improve products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
