This is a critical role for an individual with a proven track record of selling complex IT software, network, and cybersecurity solutions to corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have an existing network within the target regions and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the designated regions. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with large corporate clients, government organizations, and public sector undertakings. Leverage an existing customer base and build new relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement). Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to propose customized IT solutions spanning cybersecurity, networking, software, and infrastructure. Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Collaborate effectively with our technical presales team to deliver compelling demonstrations and solution architectures. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and market intelligence to senior management. Represent Provision Technologies at industry events, seminars, and client meetings across the region. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. What We're Looking For: Experience: 6+ years of extensive and progressive experience in B2B IT solution sales, specifically in IT software, networking, and cybersecurity. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets. Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the business landscape, market dynamics, and existing customer base within Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, and other North-Eastern states of India. Technical Acumen: In-depth knowledge of complex IT solutions including enterprise software, network security (firewall, SD-WAN, ZTNA), endpoint protection (EDR, XDR), data center infrastructure, cloud services, and managed IT services. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to close large deals. Networking: An established professional network within corporate IT departments in the target regions. CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting. Travel: Willingness to undertake significant travel across the designated regions. Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BE in IT/CS, BCA, BBA, MBA with IT focus preferred).
