We’re looking for an energetic and confident Inside Sales Representative to be the voice of Provision Technologies. This role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, customer engagement, and appointment setting for our Business Development team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline — all from our Kolkata office.
Research and identify potential customers through databases, inbound leads (IndiaMART, email campaigns, referrals), and online platforms.
Make outbound calls and send emails to introduce Provision’s IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services offerings.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Confident phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers professionally.
Basic understanding of IT products (firewalls, endpoint security, backup, etc.).
Experience with CRM tools and structured lead tracking.
Strong listening, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work under limited supervision.
