Job Summary:

We're seeking an HR Generalist to manage all HR and admin-related tasks, including talent acquisition, training, payroll, employee grievance handling, company culture development, and admin operations.

Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition:

  - Source and recruit top talent for various roles

  - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

- Training and Development:

  - Design and deliver training programs for employees

  - Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them

- Payroll and Benefits:

  - Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments

  - Handle employee benefits and compensation-related queries

- Employee Relations:

  - Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts

  - Conduct employee engagement initiatives and activities

- Admin Operations:

  - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  - Maintain employee records and HR databases

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in HR roles

- MBA in HR or relevant field preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
