Human Resources Administrative Specialist

As an HR Administrator at HR Dreamz Consultancy Solutions, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day HR operations of our esteemed IT Client in Mohali. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee benefits, ensuring HR compliance, providing general administrative support, and addressing all HR-related inquiries to create a positive experience for employees. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate employee records by updating HR systems and preparing necessary documents meticulously. - Collaborate with the HR team to post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for a seamless recruitment process. - Welcome new employees with engaging onboarding experiences and conduct exit interviews during offboarding. - Manage employee benefits like health insurance and leave allocation efficiently. - Uphold HR compliance with local laws, maintain confidentiality, and organize employee files effectively. - Coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and other HR initiatives, while offering general administrative support. - Prepare reports and presentations for management, and oversee office supplies for a smooth workflow. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of HR administration experience, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the field. - Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. - Good understanding of HR processes, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS systems. - Excellent communication skills, coupled with a professional and approachable demeanor.,
