You will work closely with the HR team to post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, contributing to a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Additionally, you will assist in conducting exit interviews and manage employee benefits such as health insurance and leave. Your role will also involve organizing and managing employee files, coordinating performance reviews and training programs, and providing general administrative support by preparing reports and maintaining a smooth HR workflow. You should have 1-3 years of HR administration experience, be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
