Human Resources Administrative Specialist

As a Human Resources Administrative Specialist at our healthcare solutions provider in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding Clinical Research Department. Your responsibilities will include managing HR administrative functions for the Clinical Research teams, facilitating communication between different units, supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR policies, coordinating employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR administrative functions for Clinical Research teams - Facilitate effective communication between HR and Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, PV, and Regulatory Writing units - Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures - Coordinate employee relations and assist with resolving HR queries - Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting Qualifications: - Proven experience in HR management or HR administration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build relationships with cross-functional clinical teams - Customer service mindset and professional demeanor - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Proficiency in HR software tools and MS Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Prior experience supporting Clinical Research / Life Sciences teams is an advantage,
