Job Description

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to work on a retainer basis, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to management

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution

- Analyze HR data and provide insights for business decisions

- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and management

*Requirements:*

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
