About the Role

People Business partner(PBP/ HRBP)

Youll act as a facilitator to business leaders, ensuring a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness is aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, talent allocation and design HR strategies aligned with respect to the project goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit — ensuring a seamless employee experience. Talent Management including Bench Management and reallocation.
  • Drive performance management processes , talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Support and advise managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stake holders to implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Facilitate engagement surveys and implement action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Lead discussions on career development and learning interventions with business units.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador to foster Tekdi’s core values across teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks, Payroll and Compliance as per Mumbai Establishment Stop act.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; experience in using HR dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s in HR or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Experience in a tech/product organization will be an added advantage.
  • Hand’s on experience on HRMS will be preferred.
