Hi Everyone Graduate / Undergraduate /Masters with excellent communication We are Hiring for HR Recruiters / Trainee / Talent Management Professional for our Executive Search firm at Lucknow. We are looking for people with excellent communication in English and someone who wants to get in people management and assessment industry .This is a Six Days working Work from Office Profile Please read the complete JD and Apply only if you all agree with the Stipend and Salary Structure. Candidate staying in Lucknow need to Come down to office for Walk in. Skills Sets Required - Should be good in English Communication in Verbal & Written Both Should be okay with Day Shifts Immediate Joiner Activities Expected to Do - Recruitment for our Clients. Telephonic / Face to Face Assessment of Candidates. Meeting the Required Numbers Souring Candidates through Different Job Portals like Naukri / Shine. Coordinating with Clients. Candidate would be given like training on the portals. Employment Cycle - Candidate would be on Four months of Probation/Internship period and would be paid Fixed Stipend . For Work from Office Stipend will start from First Day of Joining . After Three Months - There would be Hike We would love to meet someone who believes that He or She Can be a HR Recruiter. Someone who has good interpersonal Skills and Good Verbal Communication. Someone who has a Learning attitude and takes their task as challenge.
