Job Description

Skill: HR Ops Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and manage end-to-end talent acquisition.
Define and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Lead learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and capability building.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal communications, and company events.
Ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
Collaborate with department heads to drive performance management and feedback processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and culture topics.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to consulting, IT, or professional services industries.
Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions independently.
Excellent understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
