Job Title:

Job Summary:

HR Operations Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end
HR operations
including employee onboarding, documentation, database management, and exit formalities.
Manage
payroll processing
accurately and timely, coordinating with finance and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory and labour laws
(PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF, etc.) and maintain up-to-date statutory registers and records.
Coordinate
statutory audits
and liaise with government departments as needed.
Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and MIS.
Support employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR policies.
Assist in periodic internal audits and HR compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
Strong knowledge of
Indian labour laws
and statutory compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS/payroll software
and MS Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
