Job Summary

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding) for IT roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team culture.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and critical positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage timely feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and close candidates within defined timelines.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports/updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated with current IT industry trends and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
24 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Java, Cloud, DevOps, Openshift, Kubernetes, Data Security, etc.).
Proven expertise in sourcing through vendor management and coordination with recruitment firms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in both permanent and contract hiring.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social recruiting).
