The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functioning, adherence to legal requirements, and efficient support for all employee-related processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, database management, and exit formalities. Manage payroll processing accurately and timely, coordinating with finance and relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all statutory and labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF, etc.) and maintain up-to-date statutory registers and records. Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with government departments as needed. Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
