HR Operations - Senior Manager ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited Work Location: Chennai, Ambattur Job Description: This position is responsible for leading HR operations across manufacturing units and the technical center, managing an overall headcount of approximately 4,000+ employees spread across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of HR systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Exposure to Travel management will be good In-depth understanding of Payroll, employee lifecycle activities, BGV, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
