Job Description

HR Operations - Senior Manager

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited

Work Location: Chennai, Ambattur

This position is responsible for leading HR operations across manufacturing units and the technical center, managing an overall headcount of approximately 4,000+ employees spread across multiple locations.

What you can look forward to as HR Operations Leader:

Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient execution of HR processes
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
Oversee HR systems and databases
Overall review of employee local training and development programs
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for decision-making

Your profile as HR Operations Leader:

Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Exposure to Travel management will be good
In-depth understanding of Payroll, employee lifecycle activities, BGV, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
